Family Beach Fest ’23

Family Beach Fest 2023 is a yearly ministry and outreach event on Pensacola Beach, Florida.

The CS Pensacola chapter was able to host a free surf camp for their community at the local pier on Memorial Day weekend preceding the annual Family Beach Fest event. There were thousands of people out on the beach and all of them heard the word of God through the different speakers, worship bands, and partner ministries. We are so blessed to be ministry partners and be able to serve at this amazing event! 79 salvations and over 60 baptisms – that we know of – is a huge win for Team Jesus! We give all of the glory to God!

Setting the CS tent up early that morning right in the middle of the busiest beach spot, on one of the busiest beach weekends, is such an incredible opportunity to allow the Lord to use Christian Surfers to make Him known. 

 Being able to offer both kids & adults the experience to hop on a board in the water (who may never have if we weren’t out there) always fires our chapter up & allows God to fill both ours & the participants hearts with his goodness!

Seeing how stoked these two boys were to paddle out, not just once but, multiple times that morning was a huge win for the day. 

We were able to get over a dozen first time surfers out into the water to catch a wave!

After packing in the camp boards, our CS tent moved over to the Family Beach Fest site where we were able to hand out free waters with bible verses on the bottles to those in thirst… Quenching their thirst with Living Water!

We are so grateful for this amazing ministry and outreach opportunity and to have CS get out into our local community.
