Do you want to learn more about the CS DNA, grow in your leadership, experience tropical waves in February AND help support and do outreach alongside one of the newest CS nations! Come join the Barbados 2025 Surf and Share – Leadership Development! We will be staying in the south coast area near Oistins, and surfing and doing outreach throughout our time on the island alongside the CS Barbados crew as they establish themselves on the island to spread God’s light to their surf community! We will have daily times of leadership development, growth, and challenging applications in the field. We will be a mixed gender team of 12 people max. LETSSSS GOOOOO!

    • what's the week look like?

    This is a surf and share trip as well as intentional time of leadership development in the evenings or during the middle of the day, depending on surf windows. We will be surfing early in the morning in association with the tides and then serving in the local community alongside local surfers and CS Barbados to help reach the community. and encourage them in their newly formed CS.

    Before you go

    Make sure that your passport will be valid for at least six months beyond the intended departure date. Have at least two to four blank pages in your passport for visas or entry stamps.

    What will the accommodations look like?
     Airbnb with all the amenities – AC, WIFI, showers.


    What will the food be like? What if I have an allergy?
     We will be doing most of our own cooking with a couple meals out and about. Local cuisine is mostly seafood and mostly fried. Please identify and food allergies or sensitivities to the trip lead well in advance of registering.


    Can I get a refund?
     Due to expenses already paid on the ground, refunds cannot be issued less that one month away from the trip.


    How much does it cost to fly a board?
    It varies from airline to airline but generally you can expect around a $30-50 charge.
