Chad Coons grew up in Los Angeles and attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where he earned a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. He is married to his wife, Nina, and together they have a daughter, Marin. The Coons family now resides in Oceanside, California. For the past five years, Chad worked as a project manager for a general contractor, specializing in life science and medical projects. In this role, he developed extensive experience in leadership, organization, strategic planning, and financial oversight—skills he now brings into ministry. Chad joins the team as the CSALT Director, where he is responsible for curriculum development, overall program oversight, financial and budget management, staff development, and ongoing program development. He is passionate about encouraging, comforting, and urging others to live lives worthy of Christ.
